Modul 3. Body and soul.

Body and soul - it's very important for us. It should be in balance, or we will be angry, and horrible.What should We do?

Firstly, a lot of people using hypnotherapy. The lights are dim, and the couch is comfortable. The hypnotist's voice is monotonous, yet shooting. "Listen and relax, listen and relax", he repeats over and over.  My arms and legs and even my eyelids are feeling heavy. My breathing is slowing down, as though I'm falling into deep sleep and then the hypnotist begins. Hypnotherapy helps, when you feel tired, or have insomnia.

Secondly, Yoga. I think, that in our world a lot of people tried it, and they like it.  New way of yoga - aerial yoga,yoga in a long silk hammock suspended from the ceiling. Your perform various poses sitting,lying or even spinning upside down in the hammock. it's supposed to tone your muscles and straighten your shoulders.But if you have no opportunity to try it, you may to do usual yoga, with different asanas.

Thirdly, if you feel broken, you may go in Spa, and after you will feel born agan. One of the a lot of Spa on our Earth is Nature's Spa in Rotorua, New Zealand. You can find waterfalls, geothermal inferno, mud volcano and medicine lake there, just because of a huge ring of volcanic activity. In this spa people were healing their wounds and diseases for years. But you be careful, some of the lakes can hurt you, because of an acid.

To conclude, you should take care of your body, and you will be happy.
