Module 5

Nowdays, our world is very developed. Moreover, day by day We have diffent new things, that can make our life easier and better.

For example, nanobots. This is the right thing in medicine. They are not very popular now, but I think, that they will be in great demand very soon.
Scientists created a microscopic robot that can crowl along molecules of DNA. Robots, called nano-spiders are made of DNA molecules also. They can make decisions and move automatically, but it's not enough for a real surgery, because robots need to be better and nano-spiders need to have more options. Scientists try to develop nano-surgeons. One day, people could live their lives with miniature robot surgeons patrolling and protecting the insides of their bodies. Spider a great fighter with a cancer.

Also, we have very usual things. For example, refrigerator. Howewer, for some people it's like treasure.
Have you ever heard about the "fridge lady"? Emily was a child, when she developed a portable, ECO-friendly refrigerator that have the potential to help thousands of people in developing countries! The idea is that the fridge is made of 2 cylinders, one inside the other, and water between them. So, in a nutshell, she invented an ingenious thing that really helped and became famous in poor areas of Africa.

But how we do know all this? It's our amazing brain.
Your brain is an amazing organ.
He controls your other organs, regulates pleasure and pain, hunger and thirst, blood pressure and body temperature, but it also plays a huge role in determining your personal identity through thoughts, memories and emotions. Also, you have two hemispheres and scientists think that they control different abilities and behaviors.

Our world is developing very fast, and soon we will have a lot of new.

Magazine story (5c)

What do you know about the Royal observatory in England? It's very intriguing and popular place, where time begins. I've been wanting to visit this place, and I felt a little bit nervous about my first trip alone in another country. It was risky, but I knew I wanted to try it.
I came to London, and my first excursion was to the Royal Observatory. It was a perfect sunny day with not a cloud in the sky and I felt amazing.

When we came there, it was weird building.
There for my tour group was told, what happens in the Observatory, how to determine the time and coordinates, and a lot of different interesting facts and stories.
After this very cognitive excursion, we came in one of the biggest planetariums, where also is as the largest refracting telescope in UK and lots of galleries and exhibits related to time. It was unreal. I couldn't believe, that I was there.

After this excursion, I felt really tired, but satisfied. I met with the most important things on the Earth - time.

The idea if eating insects certainly isn't new or unusual. What's more, insects are eaten today in fourty fifth of countries around the world. It seems that dishes such a scorpion soup will start appearing on our western menus sooner, that we think.

Yes, eating insects.. so exteme. And what else? Living with alligators and eats them? what?
"Swap people": They are living in thick air with moisture making you sweat constantly and you are surrounded snakes, frogs, turtles, and wild alligators - all 1,5 millions of them! In their stilt houses above the marshes, they grow their own vegetables, such as orra and black-eyed peas. But amazingly, thir diet also includes alligators, frogs and turtles.

Somebody lives on Swamp, but another people goes in the deadliest place on Earth.
It's -50 degrees of Celsius, nand has a humidity 100%, less than haundred people have been inside and it so deadly that even with respirators and suits of ice you can only survive for 20 minutes before you body starts to fail.

Sounds so scare.. Wow. But what about scare?
What do you know about josting tounaments? Two knights on horseback each carryng a lance would ride towards each other at high speed. to win, knight must to breack his lance on his opponent's shild and knock him off his hourse with the lance. Josting tournaments often held to celebrate royal marriages and births, or national festivals.

We have different extreme sports, it's very cool, buyt we must be careful, because it's dangerous.

About your neighbor. What do you know about him? Yes, he lives next door to you, and what abything? Maybe, he eats from trash containers?! But it;s maybe not bad. This calling "freeganism".
Freeganism - a combination of "free" and "vegan" - a movement whose devotes take responsibility for the imact of their consumer choices and find alternative ways of meeting thay everyday needs.

And what do you think about people in airport? It just the same people, who flight somewhere. But maybe you not notice, and there are sitting people without backpacks, passport and tickets. They are living in airport.
Eram Dar tell a story about her life in Heathrow. She and any people, who lives there. They eats and take a shower in airport, and heathrow's livers are happy. They take money from charity. But the saddest fact is that unless they are arrested or fail ill, many of Heathrow's livers will stay there for the foressible time. "I don't really see a different future" Eram Dar admits, "In fact, I could be living in Heathrow forever".

Somebody are living in Heathrow, and somebody are living in ordinary flats. But it's not borring.
Flats are usually conveniently located close to town centers. Rents and household hills are usually reasonable and residents can save on expensive car parking or public transport costs as their home maybe near enough to work or college to walk there.

It doesn't matter, who we are, matters, that we are together.
